Allwyn, a leading multinational lottery operator, has announced the appointment of Kresimir Spajic as the new CEO of Allwyn Digital. Spajic, who previously held a senior position at Betfred, brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the online gaming industry. Effective September 1, 2025, Spajic’s primary responsibilities will include advancing Allwyn’s sportsbook, iGaming, and digital product capabilities, which are critical to the company’s growth strategy. He will be based in Lucerne, Switzerland, and will report directly to Allwyn’s CEO, Robert Chvatal.
